With over 15 years direct experience in the hospitality and events/conference sector, Saxon has the experience and know-how to ensure any event or conference is seamlessly organised and perfectly executed. Saxon has worked from the ground up through all levels of hospitality - from waiting tables and making cocktails behind the bar to coordinating and producing large private and corporate events and conferences for over 1000 guests.
Saxon’s clients benefit from his extensive network of complementary event suppliers, comprising everything from five-star hotels and conference locales to specialist roving entertainers and high-profile comedians - his database is immense! Saxon’s clients delight in his intense attention to detail, honest professional hands-on approach and creative flair - they even appreciate that special event concept e-mails may arrive in the middle of the night.

Rhonda Norman
Event Producer
Rhonda Norman is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and incentive travel industries. Her career has spanned over 30 years working in both operations, sales, logistics and management. Her career started in International Hotels, then led to working in boutique incentive agencies running travel design and logistics for corporate events and high end incentives.
Rhonda also has extensive experience in marketing and brand development, having worked with the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG) in the games “look” branding programme. The four-year project offered a great insight into brand and sports marketing and corporate integrity strategies.
Rhonda has developed, produced and executed product launches to media in Australian and New Zealand, as well as created innovative dealer staff training modules for some of Australia’s most respected and recognised brands - Audi Australia, BMW Group Australia, Fiat Chrysler Australia (including the Fiat, Jeep and Alfa Romeo brands), Grifols, Peppers Retreats & Resorts, Polestar, Veda and Volvo Car Australia. Working with these premium brands, has also introduced Rhonda to Motorsport in Australia and overseas where she has designed corporate hospitality suites and provided VIP encounters with drivers and team owners alike for her clients and guests.
Abbey Mitchell

Abbey’s talent lies in her love of excellent customer service. Abbey has over eight years’ experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in Hospitality Business Management from RMIT.
Abbey was able to combine her love for travel and her skills in event management while working as a conference manager for the prestigious Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. There she organised international four day conferences for over 500 surgeons and gala dinners for over 700 delegates.
Abbey joined ECS in 2010 and has been instrumental in working with our clients to ensure they have a successful calendar of events. Recent projects have included exhibition trade shows, VIP client cocktail parties and end of year celebrations for global organisations.
Abbey is crazy for good food and wine and spends her free time eating at some of Australia’s best restaurants.
